This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Form & Ledger (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this Policy.

Nature of Products and Services

Form & Ledger provides digital products, including downloadable toolkits, templates, forms, educational materials, and consultation services. Because our offerings are primarily digital and delivered electronically, different rules apply than for physical goods.

All Sales Final – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access downloads, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds once access or download has been provided.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use the product, or lack of desired results.

This policy helps protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized use or distribution.

3. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Digital Product

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

You were charged but did not receive access to the product, or

The digital file is materially defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed

Conditions:

You must notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase

You must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue

If the issue cannot be resolved through replacement or re‑delivery, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

4. Consultation Services – Cancellations & Refunds

Consultation services are non‑refundable once delivered.
